OdinCore Add-On - Class Vendor Tweaks

In both my Spectre and Umbra class mods, I introduced two new vendors to sell the skill books and weapons. Not everyone is a fan of this method, so I made this mod to help maintain the base game feel should you wish.

• Base game vendors now distribute the new skill books and weapons:
  
  • Spectre: Skill books and Scythe weapons are now sold by all Necromancer-based vendors.
    
  • Umbra: Skill books are now sold by all Scoundrel-based vendors.
• Allows the Spectre and Umbra vendors (Malthus and Ezuri) to be toggled on or off at any point by using the Odinomicon item.

Place this mod towards the bottom of your load order, at least underneath OdinCore, Spectre, and Umbra. You do not need to have both my Spectre and Umbra class mods active to use this add-on - it works for either mod without dependencies.
