Throwing Knives

Throw knives at your enemies. Made wherever knives are made.

Does one thing: adds an item called a throwing knife which does exactly what you expect it would.
In most regards, it is identical to a regular knife - made in the same place, same cost, materials and melee damage - but with a ranged twist.
You might think it is designed to give tribal raiders more ranged options without the normal bulk that weapon mods have. Or you might think it gives your front line rangers some melee options if the raiders get too close. Both of these are valid ideas, but with balance only one step away from guesswork, it's just intended for people who want throwing knives.
On that note, if you have suggestions for balancing, please share them. I don't know how balanced people view weapons.
