[TTT2] A Second Chance [REWORK]

You will need TTT2 to use this.

Changes/Features:

- Completetly rewrote the code to also use TTT2 functions
- MSTACK Messages
- Chat Messages still persist, but are not pretty..
- Better handling
- F1 Menu Support with many config options
- Respawn keys configurable
- Only kills after the purchase will count! (Convar is available for this)
- Kill history
