Mod for checking whether the player can sit in a certain place by specific condition.

1. You can only take a driver’s seat if you don’t have a backpack behind your back and you don’t have anything in your hands.
   
2. You can only sit in the passenger seats if you do not have a backpack behind your back and you have an authorized item in your hands.

At the time of the first server launch, the configuration file SVCConfig.json is created on the server, located in the ModConfigs profile folder.
It contains two parameters and an array of class names of objects with which you can not get into the car while holding these objects in your hands.

"driversEmptyHands" if set to 1, you can drive only while empty-handed, if set to 0, then the check is disabled.
"sitWithoutBackPack" if set to 1, getting into the car with a backpack behind is forbidden, if set to 0, then checking is disabled.
"arrayClassNameDisableSitInHands" an array of classNames of items with which you can not sit in your hands.
