The steam version includes the subtitles of several languages within its files (dataz01.vbf), English, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Hungarian, Polish, Russian.

I only extracted the file with subtitles and I created a vfb patch with the subtitles. So the translation is the official one.

The best to fully translate the game including voices and text is to find the DVD Retail edition and copy the file datal.vbf, this file inludes voices files and subtitles file.
