50% Less Construction Times (Player Only)

Beskrivning
Fixed version, will perform as advertised, tested with saved games too.

This will reduce the players construction times for all buildings by 50%, the AI will not benefit. Can only risk reducing the amount by 50% max as you already receive perks and buffs that reduce build times from tech, rewards and other mods. If the value goes above 100% it will fall into the negatives and nothing will build, trust me.

Compatible with saved games and should be DLC compatible too.

@Skywalker Bogdan Its just buildings. I believe it is possible to create an affect to modify player unit times only. Is something I plan to look into doing.
