Step 1 Open the game file location
Step 2 Copy the name of tf_win64.exe
Step 3 Rename tf_win64.exe to old_tf_win64.exe
step 4 Rename tf.exe to tf_win64.exe

Exact same thing! I'm lvl. 2, put exactly $5 in my steam wallet, waited a couple days to see if I was steam unlimited/tf2 premium, bought something off the store, and nothing! Nothing! I can't call medic or spy, or even get an Uber or Dispenser. Valve really fumbled the bag with this one.
