Introduction
Slender fortress is a mod where 8 player usually have to navgate their way around a labyrinth to find objective items (Notes, etc) to escape while getting attacked by numerous bosses.

There now a few Slender Fortress 2 guides... But I have screenshots of various Sf2 bosses to help anyone hoping to identify different bosses.

Usually in Sf2 knowing which boss is which can and usually is a main way to survive. Usually if you've got the wrong tips for the wrong bosses it will usually end up with you like this.
[Teleporting Bosses]
These bosses will teleport anywhere around the selected map until they find a player then usually bombard the player with static and kill abilities until they take your soul or find some other unfortunate soul to chase. The most annoying thing about teleporting bosses is the fact that they LOVE to corner camp and ambush players.










    Having a boss up close will often trigger a scare chord and boost your static much higher, making survival harder. But they are easy enough to avoid and you should be able to shake them off your trail if you turn corners. But once the static created reaches its limit or you get too close, its game over.
Now, let's begin with...
Slenderman
His the one of the main bosses in slender fortress, obviously.
    Intro:

    When it's close:
  • Static buzzing and electrical sounds including blaring and crackling.
  • Interface starts shaking.
    Tips:
  • Get out of his line of sight ASAP, you can achieve this through either hiding behind objects or using corners.
    Origin:
  • Somthing Awful.

  • Tag Team Tier (Bosses that appear together and usually work together)
  • Paranormal Tier (Bosses that use static and kill abilities along with teleportation.)

- A sort of electricity crackling/buzzing sound and a what sounds to be the song 'Give me $20', you can't miss it.

- Sprint when you feel it is needed.
- He's quite Overpowered

    Tips:
  • Get out of his line of sight ASAP, you can achieve this through either hiding behind objects or using corners.
  • His relatively easier to escape from then his alter ego.

- If you hear a snicker when someone dies, he was chosen.
- Since he has no intro, you have to guess his round. You could be safe or sorry in preparation for BEN.

Damage:
- 60 damage when you are set on fire, then continuous burn damage without water or being Pyro.

- He has low range, but his static buildup is extremely fast, capabe of a death is seconds.
- RUN!

Luigi Doll
I always liked Luigi more then Mario anyway, yay.
    Intro:
  • Luigi screaming out for "Mario" (accompanied by an ominous deep groan).
    When he's close:
  • You hear him calling out for Mario in the way he does in Luigi's Mansion.
  • Green glows and bursts of static.
  • Our lovely friend, jumpscares.
    Tips:
  • Don't look at him, or you'll be dead in a matter of seconds.
  • His green glow should make him easy to see in the dark.

    Type:
  • Obstruction tier (Intended to be in the way... alot, and can only kill with static or its kill radius).

JUMPSCARE:
[Blinker Bosses {Eye contact}]
These bosses are tricky as they you avoid them with a good old staring contest.... in which you run while you do. These bosses advance instintaniously on you if you are not looking at them (Be it by blinking or looking away)

If you find yourself face to face with one, make sure you keep direct eye contact, a good way to go is to forcefully blink (Your reload button) before turning corners and always be on your toes and look behind yourself for added security. Groups also are particularly helpful because more eyes staring down the boss will mean the chance of the boss being able to move will go drastically down. Quick reflexes (and a slight degree of paranoia) are always needed for this boss type.

Freddy Fazbear

- He laughs as he moves towards you.

Tips:
- He is prone to cornercamp and attack from behind.
- like the others, one person is required to be looking at him for him not to attack.
- Be aware of the other animatronics as you stare at him.

En Garde, you ethereal beast.
    Intro:

    When she's close:
  • You'll hear whispers and sudden noises.
  • You'll hear a sharp fizzing sound with the first jumpscare.
  • The second jumpscare is accompanied by a screech.
    Tips:
  • Keep your eye on them at ALL times but don't stare for too long or you'll die.
  • Group = Good.

Weeping Angels
Now you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.
    Intro:
  • "The Angels are coming for you, but listen. Your life could depend on this; Don't blink, blink and you're dead. They are fast, faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, Don't look away and don't blink... Good Luck."
Escape Theme:
Only used in Weepers map; I am the doctor
    When it's close:
  • Stone scraping.

    Tips:
  • Stare at them as you head for the stairs, but remember... Don't blink.
  • Look hard in the darker areas for they are camouflaged.

Chasing Bosses
These bosses will firstly teleport anywhere around the selected map then usually idle or wander for a while until they find a player then usually chase them until they take your soul or find some other unfortunate soul to chase. Chasing bosses can be stunned but for many of them it is not recommended. Many bosses are instakill but some are not.
[Sucker punch bosses {Hit and run}]
These bosses are like Heavies with turbo boosted scout legs, they are prone to teleporting nearby a player and chasing them until they kill the player, although if you manage to have enough distance they will despawn if you dont look at them. They can spawn at any time to attack you so be on your toes and prepare to get a game over.

When it's close:
- He makes... disturbing noises when idle and is dead silent when chasing
- You hear fast footsteps.

Tips:
- Easily outrunnable.
- Try stay out of corners.

    Tips:
  • Don't look at him, It will make him despawn.
  • If you look, you'll most likely go up in flames.
  • Keep a note on Luigi Doll's position at all times, or else Luigi may push you into their radius.

These bosses are like a hybrid of a Boss and a Chaser boss, you need to keep watck on them while running backwards to escape, otherwise they move lightning fast and swiftly deliver a game over. But its not that easy my fellow page hunters, oh no; You also cannot look at them for too long or else you will die so you will have to quickly look away and back before they reach you.
If you are unlucky enough to be chased by one. Maintain eye contact and back up, knowledge of the area of the map is vital for these bosses.

Emily

Intro:
-Whispering.

When it's close:
- You hear Whispering, Shrieking & Hissing.

Tips:
- She is difficult to see, as well as having no chase music.

  • Don't look at him, and you'll escape him.
  • Blisteringly fast if you look at him.

Well... fairly obvious, they shoot projectiles while chasing you. Take too many shots and you will be face to face with a game over.

      [Bulldozer bosses {Chargers}]
      These bosses are bosses that require to see you for a couple of seconds, meaning that if you are in their sight a countdown occurs in them before they charge at you at full speed, knocking any players out of their paths and into game over. These bosses are possibly the hardest to avoid in the entire mod. The ones that just move to their own accord is Shadow Miku and Anathema, making them possibly more dangerous.

      ~ After 5 seconds of looking at you, Anathema will charge at you. Effectively 'Bulldozing' any other players in its pursuit of you.

      There are a few new things, such as the addition of characters like Aku from Samurai Jack, Robbie Rotten from Lazytown, Big Smoke, and a few others along with changes to existing bosses. For example, Billy has become a Proxy based character, who doesn't attack directly but rather summons in BLU team members as Proxies to take care of the players for him, similar to Giant Zombie Soldier. Also, Kate now has an accompanying Christmas themed skin when with Slendyclaws.
