Firstly you need to open up your Steam Library and right click on Counter Strike Global Offensive and click on properties. Now you need to press on "Set Launch Options" and you can write these commands below in there.

-high -This prioritizes CSGO on your Computer before other Programs so it will increase FPS.

-nojoy -This usualy lowers the RAM usage of CSGO and deactivates the Joy Stick support.

+mat_disable_fancy_blending 1 - This improves your FPS but textures will be less detailed.

+cl_forcepreload 1 - By using this everything will load before joining the Server - this will increase loading time but decreases FPS stutters and increases FPS stability.

-limitvsconst - This reduces the amount of shaders ingame and may offers an FPS boost.

-forcenovsync - If CSGO wont deactivate v-sync this will do it and will result in a lower Input Delay.

+r_dynamic 0 -This increases FPS but some things like the light of firering your Weapon or the light of the flash bang popping will not be visible.

+mat_queue_mode 2 - This increases the FPS by handling your CPU threads in a another mode - this may increase your FPS but could be the oposite on some CPUs.

-r_emulate_g -This forces CSGO to use OpenGL and may increase FPS.

-softparticlesdefaultoff - This will change the particle rendering of the Game and increases the FPS but decreases the visual quality of the game.

-threads [amount] - This will tell CSGO how much threads your CPU has so it will work with out Problems - !using an higher thread count than your cpu will decrease performance!

-novid - this skips the Intro of CSGO for a faster game start

-tickrate [tick rate] - this can be usefull on a offline server if you want to play with 128 tick or so.

+fps_max [amount] - this will decap your fps if you consider so (if your pc is fast enoug anyways :p)

+violence_hblood 0 - this will disable blood ingame if you want no blood
