As they are representing the Celtici Tribe, could you add them to the Iberian rosters? It would make more sense then to see them far from their native Iberia. Its like Roman Units that Rome can't have but the Carthaginians can..
The Iberian rosters they need ti be included:
-Celtici
-Arevaci
-Lusitani
-Gallaeci
-Turdetani
-Edetani
-Cessetani
-Cantabri
