The Guide
Forget just surviving on round 1.
Today I will teach you how to thrive on round 1 and maximise your score.

Let the zombies break down the barriers.
We do this because we want the zombies to be inside the playable area when we kill them. This means they can drop powerups (double points being the most useful this early).

Shoot a zombie 6 times in the torso with the Colt M1911 (7th shot is lethal), then knife it.
Each kill should net you 190 points (60 for the torso shots, 130 for the knife kill).

Rebuild exactly 4 planks onto any broken barrier.
On round 1, a maximum of 40 points can be attained from rebuilding barriers. This number increments by 50 each successive round (up to round 10).

At the end of the round, you should have at least 1300 points:

500 (starting points) + 760 (190 x 4 zombies) + 40 (rebuilding)

Plus any extra points you may have earned through collateral hits (hitting 2-3 zombies with one shot), double points, or a nuke.

Conglaturation ! ! !

You have completed round 1 of zombies.

And prooved your worth in the zombies community.

Now go and challenge yourself with round 2 !

Thanks Scrappy. Most guides are just rubbish fluffposts, so i decided to actually give a damn about a headstart guide.

lol been doing this long before reading it. but it really is a good technique. you can even go to round 4 before losing your pistol as long as you focus your shots and pay attention to knifing. give you props for at least posting it
