i seen a mod that removed all buildings as well but can not find it right now can anyone help me find it.

could you make a version where everyone starts only with cities and villages so no buildings or anything basically from 0

This mod keeps all unit design restrictions in place, but i have created a new mod that removes that. Just make sure that you recache the scenarios/sandboxes after downloading

Hi D-Basset
With the main game some countries have large gaps in Tech (EG Austraila ) whilst other countries have many options for Units (EG USA) are all countries able to research all Units? or will it be based on their current tech tree Unit possibilities? Thanks

I won't be uploading a 1914 version as it would give away a lot of the content in the DLC

so you have to research everything to get the designs? also you should make it so you can get all designs through research starting at tech level 0
