Growable / Residential High / level 5 / 4x4 / 1024x1024 / 2933 tris / LOD 256x256 / 169 tris

Based on high-rise residential building at 245 East 35th Street, NYC. Built in 1964.

This is a fairly old asset that I created in 2016. Unfortunately the 1024 x 1024 texture doesn't meet my requirements so this is one of the last buildings to use this size of texture.
