How The Level System Works

This guide will give you a short introduction to the level system. When do you level up? When do you lose a level? how many XP does it take to reach a certain level? And so on....

The Level System
YUR level system is pretty straight forward:
You gain levels by earning XP.

1 burned kcal = 1 XP

You can earn a total ammount of 1000 XP per day. Everything above 1000 kcal/day will not count towards your level progress but of course you can still see how many calories you have burned that day.
The Circles
As you play you will notice that there are circles around your XP and Level.
these circles can have multiple colurs and idicate the XP for todays workouts:

Color
kcal burned
green
0-250
blue
251-500
purple
501-750
orange
751-1000
full orange circle
1000 or more
How To Level Up
As stated above you level up by burning kcal but that doesn't mean you can rush through level 1 to 60 by woring out until you faint.
Each day you will have a cap of 1000 XP that you can not surpass

Example:
On your first workout day you burn 500 kcal.
You get 500 XP for that.
Your total XP is 500.

On your second workout day you burn only 250 kcal.
You get 250 XP for that.
Your total is now 750 XP.

On your third workout day you burn incredible 1500 kcal.
You will only get 1000 XP because of the daily cap.
your total is now 1750 XP
Losing A Level
As it is possible to gain levels, you can also lose levels:
You will lose one level for every week you don't burn at least 1000 kcal.

Example:
Sunday: 100 kcal
Monday: 80 kcal
Tuesday: 100 kcal
Wednesday: 120 kcal
Thursday: 110 kcal
Friday: 90 kcal
Saturday: not even played


Makes a total of 600 kcal /week.
Sorry. thats a level loss.
The Levels
There is a total of 60 levels in the YUR level system.
for Level 60 you will need 90000 XP so it takes at least 90 days to reach.

Yes, you read that right.

We heard and understood your frustrations with the existing system we had in place, and instead of continuing to cause our users to angery, we have simply turned it off completely.

Gone are the days of demotivation due to losing levels while on vacation! And glory be to our days of multicolored rings! (or lack of. we don't judge)"

I just found out that the notification in Discord are more informative compared to my email notifications. In Discord you get the information how many kcal you still need to burn this week

finally i know why i get these "going to lose a level" notifications :)
Would be nice these email give some more information why or link to this guide :)
