A zombie killing simulation that pushes the boundaries of realism.

This mod adds the mutation game mode 'Realistic Realism'. It makes a few changes to realism mode that make the common infected an even bigger threat than they already were.

The infected that roam the Left 4 Dead world are now your classic hollywood zombies - The clumsy, slow, destroy the brain kind.

Features:

-Special infected are removed
-Common infected can not run
-Headshots only
-Pistols and melee only


Starting the game:

-Subscribe to and download the mod
-Enable the mod in the Left 4 Dead add-ons menu
-Select 'Mutation' from the main menu
-Click 'Change Mutation' and select 'Realistic Realism'
-Start the game
