Along with also trying to figure out how to increase the number of enemies that spawn per pod, enable E-holes on veteran missions, enable more higher level mobs late game, etc... Although I've hit a lot of dead ends in my attempts to see noticable change so I may wait to update this until something changes.
Trying to use such things to make insane difficulty easier or get the legendary mods achievement a lot quicker is not something many including myself who spent hours grinding that would take kindly to.
