beat the game with the secret ending then you can get the artbook for free at the secret ending credits there will be a url and a password go to the url type in the password and download the artbook

It means hot enough so that it cooks but cool enough so it doesn't burn. I found that thats pretty hot, towards the top of your stove's dial.
