Paranoia Nextbot

Beskrivning
Adds a really scary nextbot to the game!

This is a NPC from SF2 that does some cool stuff like, Open doors, Jumpscare, Earrape, FAST, Works insanely in the maze!

Tabs = NPCs = PhantomXEN's Horror

Very similar to the Timorous nextbot, this one is a little bit slower but still fast.
