Osaka Setback Office 4

This is an office building modeled after a real building in Osaka. The sloped roof allows this building to conform to Japanese setback laws. Based on the height of this building, it should be built on a road that is 12m wide including sidewalks, however, as long as the road it is on is a two lane road it shouldn't look out of place.

It comes with four colour variations by default (the original blue, red, green, and grey), however, I recommend the Painter mod by TPB so that you can choose whatever colour you want.
