First, select a car that supports this manipulation from the following list:

1. Progen GP1;
2. Tyrus
3. Tempesta;
4. Nero (regular and custom);
5. Elegy RH8;
6. Annis Elegy (Retro Customized);
7. Karin Sultan and Sultan RS;
8. Dewbauchee Specter (custom-made only);
9. Hijak Ruston;
10. Drift Tampa.
Perhaps the list is not complete, if you know about other cars - write in the comments.

We drop into any workshop, put the cheapest wheels that can be painted (you can’t free chrome ones), paint them in the color we need and return the factory ones to standard.

Then go to single player and back to multiplayer or just change the session and order a car through the cars.

On the Spectrum, the wheels became the right color immediately after installing the modification from Benny, before that there were other painted ones.
