Jaffa's Great Power penalty removal

Beskrivning
As requested on another mod, this was created on 26/05/2020 for 'The Warden & The Paunch' given that other similar mods are no longer being updated.

It removes the negative modifier that's given to great powers.

I'll do my best to keep this up to date - If at any point in the future it isn't up to date then please feel free to take it and update it yourself.

New update: I made it work using Kaedrin's Mod Manager. There is still a lot of problems with the CA launcher. Thanks.

I couldn't get it to work. Version 1.9.1 of the game. I even tried loading only this mod and still didn't work.
