Sorry, I haven't noticed your message before :(
OK, so 1st I didn't know that it's a certain combination but, honestly, it doesn't matter because you have to try 6 combinations max so it's no biggie. I was aware that some numbers might be the same, then the number of combinations you have to try is even less.
Secondly, the paintings in each playthrough are in different places. That's why in the guide I didn't specify the place like "hallway" I said what the pictures have to depict. Your hallway might be different from my hallway.
