Copy the packfiles to your "Steam\steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER II\data" folder and they'll appear in the launcher.
If undivided are in the game they could be their own religion (and hence their own creep) that still confers the same benefits on the monogod religion factions.
TWW3 should have a unique religion attached to each god, and hopefully a unique creep for each god that will either do the job or make modding it possible.
There's only one Chaos religion (a.k.a. corruption) in TWW2 and from that only one type of terrain creep for Chaos. To get all four gods represented on the same seamless texture is difficult, both artistically and because the texture overlays itself as the engine renders it on the campaign map in different schemes at different corruption levels and at different map locations (and under different lighting). What might work at one corruption level won't work at another: the difference between what textures work for the small city rings at low corruption where the texture overlays itself four times, and high corruption when swathes of the map are painted with minimal overlay, is quite stark. I couldn't get anything to work.
