You Loose +2 Damage for the Reason you use the Accuracy Upgrade in Tier 1 instead of the +2 Damage Upgrade. The OC gives +2 Damage so its +-0.
Maybe the Weapon have after that more accuracy +80% Accuracy is maybe more then the Accuracy loss from the OC, i dont know, but thats all.
