shes still get burn but not stagger/knockdown by for example; bolide spell. pretty dope right?

100% fire ressis is completely unnecessary, 50-60% is enough because it only reduces the damage. I haven't seen a pawn burning yet. And as a tip, you can prepare the pawns with mushrooms spring water and sobriety wine and mushroom potions for groups of endurance. The only thing pawn ressist needs is to suppress skill and sleep and other weaknesses. Poison is also unnecessary at 100% because it does not work.
