Modify the sound values to these settings in the Audio Section of the game's Options menu:

Master Volume: 10
Sound FX Volume: 7
Music Volume: 9
Dialog Volume: 10
Cinematic Volume: 8
Environment Volume: 8

There, easy! Now, both your ears and your eyes can equally enjoy the game!

You're talking to one of the few that prefers the English dubs, since I have a hard time reading subs and keeping up with the action. I personally like the English voice acting in this game, no complaints there!

I'll give this a shot if you say it's better. also should I play on japanese or english dub? I can't decide

Disclaimer: These are personal tastes, they might not be for everyone, but I am hoping this will cover most of you audiophiles out there that enjoy a non-jarring experience. I noticed that the PS3 version had the same issues back when it came out, but it took until playing it on Steam for me to finally do something about it!
