Wiremod is one of the mod used and widespread mods on Gmod and considered an integral part so much so it is assumed everyone will have it, therefore it is considered a vanilla part of gmod and not a mod

Ack sorry about the arrow keys yeah, It just thought it would be more flush with other vanilla gmod creation which mostly utilize arrow keys
