It's a good model but the night lights do not work. You need to make the windows transparent (black in the alpha channel), then they will glow at night. It's not the same as the buildings.

Also reduce the ambient values in your mtl file down to about 6.

А есть вообще в интернете модели СВАРЗ-ТБЭС и МТБЭС? Ну или ТС-1/ТС-2?
