Helm's Deep is a Lord of the Rings map, that not only takes you through the hole battle, but that also includes a mini game, allowing you to shoot your golf ball at the incoming Uruk-Hai.

I must comment on this one, Helms Deep map is one of the best in the series for the cinematic nature, following the story of movie, and allowing the user to participate in the events of the movie as part of the course.
Easily one of the best courses I have played for the above reasons.
In terms of design of holes for mini-golf, it can be frustrating for a few holes due to course design, but that's not -really- why you're playing this course is it? ;D

I really enjoyed the map but unfortunately hole 3 was unplayable for me no matter how I hit the ball it always hit the ladder and bounced back. Everything else was really great tho

This map is insane--just a crazy amount of work clearly put in and lots of creativity. If you like LOTR you owe it to yourself to check out.
