Downloading the Free R18 DLC

Go to this link and download the Free Patch.
After downloading, restart your game.

Accessing the Sex Scene

To access the sex scene it is very simple.
Complete each character as you would normally. When you complete the main story for a character and the egg-looking icon at the bottom middle says "100%", click it.

This will take you to the interactive sex scene. After, the same icon will now say "200%"

Now, click it again

Enjoy, perverts. :|
