One in a hundred Pickpocket Chance

Beskrivning
On request I made this mod so that the player will always no matter how bad they are at it will have a chance of successfully pickpocketing. Seems very realistic that there is always a chance that the person you are trying to steal from is so incredibly stupid they dont notice :P

Steals persons clothes.. Watch as they walk around like an idiot, while not realizing they are in there undergarments.

Annoyed me when it said "0% chance" for 500 gold.
I somehow steal the 500 gold. The burning logic...

Makes it easier, but only slightly.

It removes those annoying 0% chance items. So now you actually have an incredibly small chance, but a chance afterall to steal the 1000+ gold you gave that skill tutor.
