[TTT] Heartbeat Monitor

Note: This addon only works with trouble in terrorist town (TTT).

This item is purchasable by detectives from the buy menu. Upon your untimely death, it will send out an alert to all players notifying them of your passing. They'll receive a marker on their HUD pinpointing the location of your demise and the time since the event occurred, helping to stop the killer from making a quick exit.

ttt_heartbeatmonitor_alertsize 19 (size of the alert on the player's HUD)

This was so much more work than I was expecting for my second addon and at the start a lot of it was copy and pasting. I drew on the perk idea and code from Zaratusa's Juggernaut Suit and Hermes Boots. I also drew a massive amount from the native TTT code for calling a detective to a body and the radar.
