Works with all 41.x builds as this only modifies textures: "ProjectZomboid\media\textures"

Turns out model.X files can just be converted to OBJ files. easy peasy

hm. yeah i guess im quite new and inexperienced when modding project zomboid. I will give it a try, but im still not even sure how to play with models yet. I cannot fufill this request at this time.

The three caps colors are so (they are not too bad... but) ... unsuitable for the most characters, (they can only be worn if playing as a baseball player or drunkard so the more common colors and patterns for baseball caps will be much better. Personally, I want a baseball cap for the compititive shooters.
