Legendary Takeyari Master
Trample the plantation before fighting Gonbei in the dungeon he's located, if you haven't already, you will unlock the achievement "Dumb spud!" and you'll trigger the hard fight,

Defeat him, and unlock the "The Legendary Takeyari Master" achievement.
G vs G and NORA MA-07

Counter against all of his tech to trigger Full Power Garuda. The achievement "G vs G" will pop up if you haven't unlocked it yet and the hard version of the fight will unlock.

Dash: Counter with the Repulsion Mine
Mines: Counter with Hexa Missiles
Shots: Counter with Auto Cluster
Seeking Beams: Counter with Impact Wave

Didn't realize the plants reset when you die to Gonbei. Going to have to play a bit of new game + for some of the achievements.

If only I knew that before retrying the boss fight for losing my weapons...

It should be noted that if you die on the Gonbei fight after trampling the plantation, it resets.... you have to go back and trample the plants again or you won't get the achievement (this happened to me). Also, for the Garuda achievement, you fight him twice in the game and do the achievements on the second fight not the first. Not sure if it resets if you die on this one but I would imagine it does.
