The Greed Machine appears after every Ultra Greed fight in Greed Mode or Greedier Mode (DLC +). Upon touching the Greed Machine, Isaac will donate a coin, causing the displayed coin total to increment. Similar to the Donation Machine, the amount of coins donated will persist between all Greed Mode runs. Donating money to the Greed Machine unlocks achievements and items.

Lucky Pennies is unlocked by donate 1 coin to the Greed Machine.
Lucky Pennies - increases Luck by 1 when picked up. (pickup)

Special Hanging Shopkeepers are unlocked by donate 10 coins to the Greed Machine.

Wooden Nickel is unlocked by donate 30 coins to the Greed Machine.
Wooden Nickle - upon use, 50% of the time, drops a coin. (active item)

Cain holds Paperclip is unlocked by donate 68 coins to the Greed Machine.
Paper Clip - allows to unlock all chests without using keys. (trinket)

Everything is Terrible 2!!! is unlocked by donate 111 coins to the Greed Machine.

Special Shopkeepers are unlocked by donate 234 coins to the Greed Machine.

Eve now holds Razor Blade is unlocked by donate 439 coins to the Greed Machine.
Razor Blade - Upon use, deals one heart of damage and grants +1.2 damage for the current room. (active item)

Greedier! is unlocked by donate 500 coins to the Greed Machine. (DLC +)

Store Key is unlocked by donate 666 coins to the Greed Machine.
Store Key - shops can be opened without using keys. (trinket)

Lost holds Holy Mantleis unlocked by donate 879 coins to the Greed Machine.
Holy Mantle - protects from damage by blocking one hit. (passive item)

Generosity is unlocked by donate 999 coins to the Greed Machine.

Keeper (new character) is unlocked by donate 1000 coins to the Greed Machine.
