Replaces skinonourteeth (music that plays when you are getting to the escape vehicle) with Coup De Grace from Modern Warfare 2. This is my first addon so I don't expect it to be perfect, but it will work for the most part (I can't figure out how to get it to work on L4D1 maps). Message me (or leave a comment) if you know how to get this to work on the original Left 4 Dead 1 maps.

The one the addon currently changes is in C:\...\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\finale (i think, i haven't reinstalled l4d2 on this computer yet).

@The Master, what problems are you having with replacing the l4d1 ones? Are you properly changing the right file? Because the skin on our teeth l4d2 and skin on our teeth l4d1 are two different themes/soundtracks.
