Well, while you were out, they tried to augment both of your arms.
Unforunetly they blew the budget on the first arm and only had enough left to reatach your other hand.
And lets be honest here, having a hand there is a lot better then just sitting on your shoulder stub, I mean at least you can use it toeat Sandvitches, and no morein your mouth!
