Adds the state of Indonesia into the game, under the governance of Suharto!
Additionally renames Gajah Mada's civ to Majapahit and provides them with a new Capital - works best with DuskJockey's Majapahit.

As it turns out, all of DuskJockey's mods, including the Majapahit, are no longer available

Kopassus can be a bit more amplified in their strength (personally would give them an 80 for strength) as they are the elite troops of the special forces section of the TNI-AD or the Army of Indonesia due to the endurance, ferocity and skill they employed in Operation Trikora in Papua, Operation Dwikora in Malaysia and Operation Lotus (seroja) in Timor along with current engagements against separatists
