Omschrijving

Adds the kingdom of Dali to BNW.
Tea and Horse Road
Mounted Units ignore terrain penalties on Faith-yielding tiles. Improving Luxury Resources on Hills produces Faith, and allows purchasing Trade Units with Faith.

Luojuzi (Pikeman)
Unlocked at Theology. +4 Strength, -1 Movement. If stationed on a Luxury Resource, friendly adjacent tiles decrease enemy movement by 1 and have a small chance to convert Religious units into Luojuzi, increased per Faith or Belief building in the nearest City.

Royal Pagoda (Temple)
May be built three times in the capital. When constructed, clears all adjacent Marsh Tiles. Religious units expended in a city with a Royal Pagoda cause Hill and River tiles under Trade Routes within city limits to yield an additional +1 Faith.

This mod causes a building called "Third Pagoda" to appear for other civs in the tech tree. It also does the same thing and also clear marshes. So I am pretty sure this mod is the one doing it.

Playing a second game allowed me to purchase trade units with faith after founding a religion (playing as a different monsoon civ)

have you improved a luxury resource on hills? if you have then there's definitely something going wrong since it's working on my end.

I couldn't buy trade routes with faith.
