oh it actually worked so i found out the content addon for the map didn't load so i closed out gmod and 1 hour later when back in and it turns out no errors so i think i didn't load right

I think that either Half Life 2 add-ons or whatever it is, as well as try to reinstall the game and CSS content, there may be some conflicting modifications, I hope it helped a little :)
