Its not letting me install the addon for some reason

https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2918634728&searchtext=anp in this addon, the grenader also uses an ion cannon, only better than this one. The problem is that it is not SWEP and cannot be used. Can you improve it like in this addon?
