Live 2 Win 2: A 'Paul Stanley - Live To Win' Escape Theme Mod

"Yeah! Live! Yeah! Win!"

As the title suggests, this mod replaces "skinonourteeth" and "skinonourteeth_l4d1" with "Live To Win" by Paul Stanley, AKA: that one motivational rock song from that one South Park Episode about World of Warcraft. I decided to have a go at this because the original mod for the L4D2 campaigns was taken down and the only other version on the Workshop is one for the L4D1 campaigns.
