If you don't have a great pc, then casual matches lag like crazy. This has an easy fix!
1. Right click the game tab for Team Fortress 2.
2. Click properties.
3.Click Launch Options and type -dxlevel 81
4. Startup Team Fortress 2 and enjoy a non laggy match!
