UK Third Rail

Описание
This pack contains three decorative networks which are based on the southern 750V DC electric third rail in the United Kingdom. They are designed to be used with the Railway collection. They can be found in the walls and fences tab inside the landscaping menu or by searching "UK Third Rail" using FindIt!

How to use
Draw the third rail networks over the top of your existing train tracks. To change which side the single third rail is on, right click with the road upgrade tool.

I can find the asset in question. But the placed tracks don't appear to be upgradable? Unless there's a mod conflict happening
