Vanilla More Navigable Rivers

As RtP recently removed several strait crossing this patch insures that those crossings are gone and armies still have legs strong enough to cross rivers added by MNR.

RtP latest update a bunch of strait crossing. this mod makes sure that thoes strait crossings are removed and armies still have legs strong enough to cross rivers added by MNR.
