Beskrivning
Bomberman joins the fight in Rivals of Aether! He lacks disjointed moves, but has great stage control in the form of his bombs!

NOTE: If you notice weird coloring on Bomberman's eyes and limbs for his first color when playing online, this is because of a workshop feature that is probably not yet supported online and will hopefully get fixed whenever the game is updated again. His sprites have different coloring that gets changed for the first color so I could give his palettes more variety.


Down Special: Place a bomb on the stage! When it explodes, it makes the plus-shaped explosion from the Bomberman games. You can have up to three out at a time.

Neutral Special: Kick; Use this to move bombs around the stage and have them explode. Bombs can explode in chains.

Forward Special: Bomberman charges the Bomber Jet from Bomberman Hero to approach other players and start
combos. This move can be jump or attack cancelled if it hits!

Up Special: Bomberman uses the jetpack from Bomberman Blast to recover. This move can spike!

The sprites are by me (except for the bomb explosions, which are a sprite rip). Please do not use them or reupload this mod without my permission!

Could Side-B please push bombs? Too used to SSF2, so the kick as N-B throws me off constantly.

please add one more knockback direction to D-Smash since the bomb will always go to the direction that bomberman is facing, even if there's a bomb behind him

This is a pretty neat character, though I feel like there's a bit of missed potential in terms of move interaction and whatnot, since we have the usual "FSpecial goes forward and USpecial goes up and that's it" for two specials and the bomb mechanics are pretty base on their own (for starters, NSpec can only kick the bombs forward). I feel like more can be done with this character, but it's kinda solid.

This is why I love Rivals of Aether, the game iis very bad in default form, but people make mods to make it an amazing game

The only thing I'd want to add to this character is that his Bombs also damage him as well.
