You don't have to remove it. Just push the new kidney into the old one and you'll complete the operation.

Break the lowest rib just above it and you can grab it easily.

I remove the kidney by taking a spoon and scooping it out.
It works for me.

Rotate the palm of your hand far to the left so it won't rotate anymore. Then reach in as far as you can and try to grab the kidney, it's pretty simple. If that doesn't work, try either breaking some parts of the ribs and/or using the spoon or the tweezers to push it toward the bottom of Bob's body.
