FortShips Ballast

Description
A quickly made mod for the Fortships mod created by Alexc.

Adds one device: the heavy ballast.

Cost: 50 metal, 250 energy.

Its mass is equal to about 4 cannons, so very heavy. Be careful where you place it!


Do not copy any sprites from this mod without permission.

Ah yes, thank you. I suppose it could help with rebuilding or using hanging weapons as normal ones.

This mod was created after a user requested it. I agree, under normal circumstances, the ballast is unneeded. However, if someone wants to rapidly flip a ship over, i.e. to shoot up instead of down, the ballast is very helpful.

I dont quite see where this would have practical use, the weight can usually be dealt with easily by using bracing.
