That's okay of course. I myself use 6 Distillation cubes II. And don't ever bother with Book/Scroll shelves, because Alchemy racks have the same storage space and take less space. So my layout is a bit different. Like up top, I have 2 alchemy racks to the left, and Alchemy Workbench II to the right, and on the right, I mirror stuff with Alchemy Workbench I.
But what works is good right?

There is a "zombie alchemy decompositor" built, so upgrading the second distillation cube is not necessary
