The Trust Factor

On the 13th November 2017, Valve introduced a new system for the competetive scene with the goal of improving the matchmaking including various parameters different from the well-known Prime-matchmaking.

The "Trust factor" is basically a complex system using various sources and information to improve the game experience for honest and dedicated players.

- Play Games without getting reported by others for cheating

- Adding a phone number will always make your trust factor better
- Get prime status
- Buy operation passes
- Purchase/sell on advertising
- Have a decent stock
- You can always make a ticket to valve and ask for a better trust factor
- Just play . Enjoy yourself playing matches !

Things that make your trust factor worse :

- Reporting players that are not cheating or griefing! (Watch the demo and choose after a cooldown of ur outlook if he's simply better or truly cheating)
- Report each game at least one player
- Getting Reported!
- Profile reports
- Griefing
- Stacked matchmaking cooldowns (30M/2H/24H/7D)
- Steam Profile Reports
